Mains are Excellent however we were disappointed that a restaurant advertising square meals did not provide vegies other than potatoes. A vegetable side is available but for an additional charge.

Fairly typical club restaurant. Good meals, large servings, not too expensive. Only real drawback is you have to order coffee from the cafe, which is only next door, but up a couple of steps, a bit of an issue if you have any sort of handicap.

Have just returned from a fully escorted tour of Taiwan. Excellent value for money. Actual tour arrangements were quite flexible and there seemed little problems making adjustments to the schedules to suit different members of the group e.g. the tour was en Orchid Tour including 2 days at the Taiwan International Orchid Show, however there were several accompanying partners who had no real interest in orchids so, when this became apparent by the end of the first day at the show, an alternate shopping trip to the largest mall in Taiwan was arranged for the 2nd day.
We also had no problems arranging alternate air travel to arrive the day before the tour and adding an additional 5 days in Hong Kong after the tour ended. All for a very reasonable proce.

Beautiful new motel rooms with luxury inclusions, including a spa bath. Only downside is its so new the grounds are just paddocks, not gardens. Excellent value for money.

Rooms were OK, clean & comfortable. Our room also opened onto the river, with a very pleasing aspect, but make sure you keep screens closed at night to keep the mozzies out!. Also has a restaurant but we ate downtown as we were'nt over fussed on any of the meals on offer.

Lovely location amid beautiful green lawns. Far enough from the highway to get no traffic noise even though we were at the front of the motel. Liked the 2nd doorway out onto the verandah. Room was very comfortable.

This motel advertises as 3 stars but we must have got the worst room in the place (we did get the last room available on the night). Very tiny, no room for luggage, had to carry luggage through 2 corridors to get to the room. Also had to park a long way from the room as there doesn't seem to be enough parking near to the rooms themselves. The bathroom had been updated and the room was clean.

Good food, a little expensive but I guess you pay for the piano player. Actually he is the highlight of the dining experience.

Been here several times and I have always been satisfied with the cut. Of course i have a very basic style, but its a lot cheaper than other salons.

This is a great restaurant. Although inside a registered club its far from the crowds and noise. Service is friendly and reasonably fast. Food is usually very good (but I did have tough lamb cutlets last time). Prices are also very reasonable.
