We visit Raffael's often, either for a coffee or cake (any may I say they have a great variety of cakes and you get a huge serving - could share one cake between two easily)
Their lunch and dinner menu is great also, you always get a great meal and big serving.
The best time to visit is summer, they have a lovely outdoor area at the front of the cafe which faces the busy main shopping strip of Werribee.
A must to try!!!

Had a group of 21 for dinner celebrating 2 family birthdays and had a wonderful night.
Thanks to all the Staff and Management at Vic Harbour.
Highly reccommend this venue.

I order their Hokkien Noodles with Chicken and Mild curry every friday night, they are too die for YUM YUM, huge serve, very good price.
You must try this place.
