I rang and talked to Adam who said he could get the boys to me in about 10 minutes or so. John and Richard turned up in under 15 minutes so I was impressed off the bat. They were friendly helpful and easy to talk to. They cleared the sewer blockage in the main in our backyard and checked that everything was working ok in under 25 minutes. I'll be happy to use them for any future plumbing/draining.
