Their products are cheap - so we should not have expected top quality. The disappointing thing was their service levels. Items were delivered damaged, the wrong description or not at all. Ey seem to be too busy to deal with everyone thoroughly - they want you in and out quickly.
A reasonable experience, although the practitioner I used has left (there seems to be high staff turnover). Would have liked more explanation of what they were doing to try to treat my infertility.
Glenn Lambert did our damp proofing when we started renovating. We lived in a terrace that was situated over an old creek bed, so we had a major problem. Glenn installed a new silicone damp course and under-floor fans and we have had no problems since. Very satisfied.

Dr Marshall is our wonderful family doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring, he provides us with great advice for all of our general health needs. He is part of the Glebe Family Medical practice, and the other doctors there are great too, so you can see them if you can't get into see George right away.
We consulted Dr Dezarnaulds after deciding to move from another infertility specialist. Whereas the other doctor was brusque and dead set on getting us to do IVF, Dr Dezarnaulds was gentle but knowledgeable in her approach. She suggested we would probably get pregnant within 6-12 months (given I had had endometriosis removed) and that we should try naturally before IVF. We fell pregnant naturally 2 months later. Her assistant is matter of fact but very efficient.
Susan has been helping me with some personal and professional issues for some time now. She is a very compassionate counsellor, but I appreciate how well she has got to know me and she is not afraid to query my take on situations to challenge me to find a way through them. I suffer from anxiety from time to time and she has given me some excellent tools and training to help me recover whenever I have an episode. I could not recommend her more highly.

Pam is amazing! She has changed my life with her approach to physiotherapy. After years elsewhere I have had amazing results in just two months. She has relieved my sciatic pain and I now have close to normal range of movement in my legs, after more than 20 years suffering from sciatica and very tight muscles. I could not recommend her more highly.
