Hungary Jacks is my favorite fast food out of all the big ones. Don't know why it just is. Although the food this outlet sells is satisfactory the service is shocking (service(good or bad) is a big thing for me). I have a feeling they must use it as a training store because their staff certainly are in need of training. Things like getting an order not once, not twice but three times for the one order. Another time they took my order and completely ignored my friends, and of course the waiting time simply to be served can be horrendus. I waited close to 15 minutes once, while at the front of the line!! Even if they are using the store for training this type of service is still unacceptable, Even people new to hospitality know the difference between good and bad service

Every one knows Macca's right? The Golden arches? Every store pretty is much stock standard right? Wrong! This particular store is one of the worst I've ever seen. Ive had to go there a few times cos a mate who lives locally is a McDonalds addict and right now can barely move due to two broken legs. Ive now been in there at least half a dozen times at various times in the day.
Every time I have been there, the store has been disgusting. It is quite seriously scary. And the servhaqd ice isn't much better. I was never game to go into the toilets but one lady had to go the counter to ask for toilet paper for her son who was on the toilet. She had to ask 3 staff members because the first ignored her, the second said "what do expect me to do". Admittedly the 3rd staff member was extremely apologetic and as far as I could tell extremely helpful

The Reservoir Deli Cafe is your standard Melbourne cafe. The food is always well cooked and at a reasonable price, and the coffee is fantastic.iit eaten there quite often and frankly its the best cafe in Reservoir.
