Puppy had a lump on his head that was growing and I started to worry. Took him down and had him examined. All staff were friendly, welcoming and reassuring. Vet advised that it would be OK just to watch for now but if I wanted it removed it could be. He explained the procedure, the costs, the after care and the analysis of lump if required. From a worried mummy to a calm mummy, all thanks to this vet centre.

Looking for a new place to get the wagon serviced and this is just down the road and RAC approved so gave it a go. Glad I did, reasonably priced service, provided advice on what was starting to wear (but no hard sell). Car was ready on time - makes a nice change

Stayed there for work recently. Restaurant food was incredible, as was breakfast and packed lunches. Staff were always pleasant, helpful and discreet. Pillows were the best I've ever used. My wife contacted them and asked where they get the pillows from. Manager replied back saying that their supplier only deals with hotels, but if she wanted some to let him know and they'll put it in with their next order at cost price.

We inherited a cat quite a while ago and the other half wanted to get insurance. I was sceptical and thought it was a rip-off. Anyway, to keep her happy we did and boy am I glad now! Darling pussy got into fight and came of second best. Without insurance we would be $1200 out of pocket. Claim staff were very easy to deal with, forms easy to complete and we were paid promptly.

Funky cafe with great food and service. Have to order at counter but it is brought to your table. Choice of food is different, not the usual cafe fare. Heaps of magazines to read. Best friend (dog) is welcome at outside tables if well behaved. Very, very busy mid-morning on weekends.

Can't wait for my contract to be up in November. Had to change to emailed bill as paper one would cost me $3 per month. I am going back to prepaid and not with them. Have had horrendous difficulty trying to speak to anyone about anything - unless it is bill payment.

Had a hankering for fish & chips mid-week but already consumed too many bevvies to drive. Thought I'd try the local fish n chip takeaway. Got ignored by staff initially, once I got their attention I felt that I was inconveniencing them by ordering. Took quite a while to arrive. Lucky I was hungry and opened it just after leaving shop. had chips & fish but no corn jack and no dim-sims!! Learnt my lesson - check reviews on WOMOW first !!!!!!!

Replaced an asbestos fence at the back of our house. Michael came to the house to provide quote and brought samples of the fence as colours vary slightly from the brochure. Start date was delayed a couple of times but he always let us know well in advance. Once commmenced, fencing was done quickly, any mess was cleared up daily and quality of work was of a good standard. It cost a lot less than other quotes.

Was trying to find a pest controller in a hurry to provide a pre-purchase inspection report. Rang around for ages and Indges were the only ones that could do it at short notice. The report provided was thorough and they sent me a follow letter after 12 months to let me know that the annual inspection was due. Really reasonable cost considering they travelled from Kelmscott to Hamilton Hill

Desperately needed repair of fretted brickwork. Tony came around the next day, provided a lot of good free advice along with the quote. Called the next day & offered him the work. Tony said he would call in 3 weeks to finalise dates to do the job. We called him & he said he would call us in a couple of days. This time he did call us, but only to advise that he could no longer accept the job - after leaving us waiting for so long.
