Ken built a gorgeous yellow spotted gum deck for us, and it's beautifully finished.

When we had extra questions Ken was only too happy to take the time to answer them, or when we wanted a slight change it was no trouble for Ken to accommodate it.

The only thing Ken wasn't able to provide was non-treated/hardwood posts for the decking, which would have been nice.

Overall, it has been wonderful dealing with Ken and we would happily recommend Beautiful Decks.

Got a quote for tree removal and stump grinding which was very competitive. We booked in the service. It was first delayed because of extensive rains around Canberra - totally understandable. We booked in for a couple of weeks later, staying home all day to wait. Skyline didn't turn up, nor did they call to say they wouldn't come. We re-booked for the following week. Same result. When we rung them (rather than the other way round!), we were told that they wouldn't be able to come for another month. While we understand that they can't always do the job exactly when promised, we would have appreciated being informed of any changes to the schedule (particularly when this could be months!). In the end we went with another provider who, while a little more expensive, provided the service we actually asked for, and promptly. We were very disappointed with Skyline.
