When I first came to Tom re: training I had specific goals in mind.

I was having trouble maintaining a routine and was easily thrown off it if I missed a session. I was travelling a bit on weekends and if I didn't meal prep or missed a training session I'd essentially give up on that week. I had an inconsistent diet and had a lot trouble building upper body strength due to an old elbow injury.

I've had 2 elbow reconstructions and when running my own training I'd try and progress things too quickly or poorly choose exercises and end up aggravating the elbow. This led to missing training sessions and i'd fall behind very quickly.

Tom has tailored a program around my specific goals and has helped me achieve everything I set out to. Despite not being a morning person I train out at IFN 3 times a week before work. Tom has helped me develop and maintain a routine that is flexible with my schedule.

Training wise, I wanted to focus on building upper body strength and confidence around that elbow, and specifically focus on bodyweight exercises such as squats, pull ups and push ups. Tom put me through progressive exercises, while always being mindful of my injury, to strengthen the muscles around my elbow and has helped me build upper body strength. Thanks to the work Tom has put in, I have the most confidence in my elbow and upper body strength that I have had since my surgeries. He has also helped me improve my squat technique which has seen me go from not squatting prior to the program to hitting a 110kg back squat within 10 weeks.

I highly recommend the IFN programs to anyone.
