Broadband rates for this company are one of the most competitive in the market. We have gone over the allowed usage of a capped unlimited plan almost every month but our speed remained the same. I have not had any problems with our connection in all the years that I have been with them. There is a lot of room for improvement, however, in their customer service department. I have only ever spoken to 2 staff members where I put down the phone fully satisfied.

Avon products are excellent particularly their sterling silver jewellery collection. However, some representatives and some managers do not display the professionalism and integrity that is expected of them, being the frontliners of such a prestigious company. Managers especially should be trained to respect their representatives who are the ones who bring home the profits to Avon. Email etiquette should also be taught so that emails 'do not scream' at their representatives.

I have been a happy customer of this bank until they increased the monthly fee on my home loan from $8 to $10 and then just recently increased the restructuring fee to $500. And to top it all, their customer service is now overseas and every time they call they confirm my identity by asking for my date of birth or my address which I refuse to give. They say that this is a security measure for them. But what about my security?

The only sad and disappointing thing about this store is that the products are so expensive but it is a well known fact that bags and bags of their products are either given to charity or thrown away at the end of the day instead of being sold at a discount.

The place is huge and the variety of products is incredible - a haven for 'boys' to get lost in. However, speed of service is very poor. The staff members are mostly friendly and helpful when you finally get hold of them.

I have visited a few different stores at various times and the quality of service much depends on the staff present on the day and the time of arrival at the store. In the 9 years that I have been a customer in their stores, I have been satisfied with my haircut only twice. When I go back and look for the hairdresser, they were gone. How disappointing!

I find the staff in the centre very friendly and accommodating. The children seem to be happy and playing every time I visit. The meals are very good and the program of activities is much loved by the children.

I am transported into another world when the ice cream melts in my mouth. There are various flavours to choose from which all taste very good making it difficult to make a choice.

I can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in a rush or I could take my time eating while reading a newspaper. Speed of service and the quality of food is mostly excellent.
