the ambience of the room is very relaxing, but thats where the good parts end. they are overpriced. the staff are rude ( one girl even flirted with my boyfriend in front of me), and my hair turned out frizzy and very ordinary looking

food quality is aweful. coffee is aweful, people who hang out there are aweful. Thew only good thing is that they have a huge variety of drinks. i only ever go there if I need a drink in a hurray.

It was not a very comfortable and relaxing experience. there are so many people in this restaurant that it was hard to get out of my seat. I felt rushed and cramped. However the meals are made up of huge servings and they are on your table within 15 mins of ordering

I was greeted after about 10 minutes due to the fact that the sales women was helping another person. Its not her fault but I didn't really want to wait there that long. I was easily persuaded to buy two pairs of shoes that where outragiously expensive, but I feel that the sales women did a great job of finding a pair that would suit my outfit for my work christmas party. I am a shoe person and I loved what I bought.

I am always greeted with a smile. I really enjoy the coffee and the breakfast there is really really good. This place is a lifesaver before work - they open at the crack of dawn, plus they are right next to frankston station.
