The people who are in the office are very rude and needs to be retrained for Customer Service and manners. I had a Air Con put in and the contractor they had hired to do the work didn't install it correctly so I had to have them in my home for another 2 times to get it right. A very unorganised and rude local business that I wouldn't go to again!

They need to have someone in the play equipment to supervise the children. Parents can only stay outside and watch from the floor. I have tried going in to sort out a child that was pushing my child and I was told no adults on the equipment....righto well how about you get in there and sort out the bullies!

Most of what I own is from these guys,yes it works out to be a little more expensive then buying the items straight away from another store but their payments work in with my lifestyle.

It was easy and convenient only issues I had was that some items were more expensive online then they are in store and that the delivery driver needs to learn how to smile and wear deodorant,apart from that I had no issues.

Great staff always there to help :) Would go back there to buy from them anytime, not bad prices either.

I will never spend anymore money at spotlight after having been there on multiple occasions now and have received nothing more then lazy, slack employees who couldn't be bothered to help customers,and not to mention how rude the manager of the store was.

Lovely girls there and their Battered Chips are to DIE for :)
They have their Nipper Deals which are GREAT!! Well worth the money.

Love going and seeing the girls down there they are so friendly and helpful always have a smile on their face.
