I have a 4 year old Border Collie x Kelpie with PIA and so far she's had a couple of claims. Once I sent in all her details: vet history, bills, claim forms etc. the entire process ran very smoothly. PIA even allowed a fairly late submission of claim - it was from Feb 2016 and I claimed in Aug 2016.
The customer service was excellent and very helpful, while the member portal is clear and easy to navigate.
I have another dog with another provider and if I were to compare value for money, PIA is definitely better.
I'd be happy to recommend PIA to any dog owner.
