If I am ever dumb enough to buy another Ford, I will never go to Bryan Byrt. Say the same for any of their other brands. Sales staff are incompetent and service staff, who usually don't have a reputation for having any customer service skills, would be better off in the back of the workshop all the time. Management of this place is awful. If you have a problem with your car, which you will because it's a Ford, don't even bother asking Bryan Byrt Ford to fix it because they will over charge you then make more problems than you had at the start and won't fix the first problem.

I walked in to their dealership, literally with my credit card in my hand ready to buy a car and was told to 'Come back when I was ready'. I went to Q-Ford and did the deal within 2 minutes.

I wish I never did though because that car has been nothing but trouble... But I will reveiw Ford themselves at a later stage.

Had a very tasty meal here but felt a bit unwelcome. There wasnt a huge selection for lunch but nearly something for everyone. The golf course is very well maintained and always provides a great playing field.

Great place to play compared to some of the other courses around the area.

The Cheesecake Shop in Mount Gravatt always has great quality cakes, freshly made and taste amazing. The decoration is quite good and the selection is good. The staff are very friendly and happy to serve you. Good service and great cakes.

Always an amazing experience at the Norman. Huge steaks and filling meals, well worth the cost. The staff are fairly good and service is usually ok. The meals take a while to come out but are worth the wait. The steaks are always cooked to perfection and the salad and potato go well with the meals.

Had an excellent experience here with the family and would definitely come back. The food was delicious and the location has excellent views. It is in the middle of nowhere however which makes it a bit hard to find if it's the first time you are going there but once you're there you will find it hard to leave. The staff were friendly even though they were very busy with an event at the time we went.

Had dinner here with my girlfriend and wasn't anything spectacular. The service was awful and the food was only 'alright'. We won't be going back here too soon. We both had steaks which were cooked alright and tasted good but the poor service left a bad taste in my mouth. I told the manager about the bad service and he didn't look like he cared too much.

This is an excellent Montezumas, far better than others around the area simply for the quality of the food. The service is very good and whoever makes the cocktails does an amazing job. The food is delicious and come out in good time. The staff are always friendly and they put on a good birthday celebration too.

Some good curries available but not the best service. Told every time that the order will be 15-20 minutes away but end up taking twice the time. We always go back there though so the food is worth the wait. They are well priced and good sized meals. The quality changes with some of the curries but they are usually very tasty. I am yet to have a curry ordered 'hot' that is actually 'hot' though.

Go here if you want the best fish and chips... in the world! Top marks for this place. The selection of fresh fish is good and the chips are amazing. You get a great sized portion which can be shared among many, depending on how hungry you are.

Good venue for events and parties. Good sized rooms and heaps of food sent out. Set up a tab and bar staff are more than happy to keep the beer flowing all night. Well, at least until 10pm
