Rod looks after our pool every month and has been more than helpful when we have had major issues (like the pump deciding to stop working). We have been loyal customers for around 2 years and cannot speak more highly! Very pleasant to deal with, completely professional, and prices that are more than reasonable! It's nice to always be greeted with a smile and lots of helpful advice. If you are looking for a regular pool guy, advice, maintenance products or new pool products then Point For Pools is your place for excellent service and great price!

The prices are a bit steep but it is nice to have something healthy and filling. A majority of the staff are very friendly but a few always look like they would rather be cleaning toilets for a job, which doesn't make for a nice lunch. The food is fresh but they always run out of jalapeno's.

I went there for one of their sales but with 2 kids rang the day before it started to find out what time they opened so I could get in and out quickly. I was told 8am so was there waiting to go in ... waiting ... waiting ... they didn't open till 9 by which time a had a cranky baby and a restless toddler. When we did make it in the isles were so tiny I'm glad I didn't take the stroller in, there would not have been any way to use it in that store. Displays took up so much of the floor space it was hard to step around them. On the plus side, what I wanted was at the front of the store so I eventually got in and out fairly quickly and the staff helped me get the stuff to my car.

I can always find everything I want at this store, and even if I can't they will order it in for me. The saving are way better than anywhere else I've seen. I got FatMagnet tablets there for $17 where other stores charge $29.95 or more. There is ample free parking around the back and they are open late

A long wait at the drive through and little staff acknowledgment. I wanted a specific family meal pack to enter a comp and they didn't put the competition entry in even though I specifically asked for it. The peas were a little over microwaved and the gravey was a bit lumpy, but the chicken was nicely cooked and the potatoes were fluffy. Was nice anyway.

Wider isles than most discount stores. Better quality products than expected. Wonderful array of party and craft items, and also picnic wear and plastic plates, cups, cutlery etc. Helpful staff, and regularly getting new products in.

We went for dinner and had issues trying to get in as our membership card was left at home. Ended up having to purchase another membership to get in so as not to have to go home and get it with kids in tow. The food was nice and steaks were cooked to expectation, but there was nowhere for the kids to keep them occupied whilst we waited, a fair time, for food.

I like the wide isles of this store and they usually have plenty of checkout staff on. Their fruit and vegetables are the freshest from any Woolworths that I have been to, and their prices seem a little cheaper than other supermarkets in the surrounding suburbs. The store is always very clean and there is free parking and easy access to the store.

Very friendly staff and nice array of products including take away coffee. The staff are very patient whilst trying to decide what you want ... so many choices it makes it hard. They also have fresh sandwiches and rolls, great for a quick lunch on the run!

I have only every had great experiences at this store. With a baby and a toddler and being pregnant it makes it difficult when you can't take the trolleys from the store, but I have on many occasions had the lovely staff offer to walk my bags out to the car for me. Such nice staff! Also when they have specials you can pick up the product at a very good price.
