Completely unprofessional! Initial repair took 10 days; completely excessive given the work required. Was told car would be ready to pick up, when I arrived found it was another car of the same make/model that was ready, not mine. Had to take my car back 4 times to have problems fixed: door rattle, central locking not working, electric window function not working, paint colour not matched correctly. Car was provided to me in terrible state, glue left on steering wheel, paint smudges, etc. Was patronised and spoken to like I was a poor little woman who didn't know how to drive. When the insurance company organised for a courtesy car on my 5th visit, I was told by the company's employee they had a Nissan Micra and that would a suitable car for a lady like me, that it was a small car so I shouldn't have any problem parking it, and that I should take the time to get familiar with the controls. Are you serious? I've been driving for 15+ years, I drive a Honda Accord Euro, 6 speed manual. Would they have spoken that way to a man? I think not!
I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO WARN PEOPLE AGAINST TAKING THEIR CARS TO THIS DODGY REPAIRER. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Good coffee and macaroons, handy location for Kensington Banks residents. While all the food looks amazing I wish there were more gluten free options available.

Awesome pizza, a little pricey. But if you want something special it is a real treat. Once I had Crust pizza I haven't been able to enjoy normal pizza.

Approximate cost: $18

I've only been a couple of times, but it is quite a large place. The wave pool is great. Nice big lap pool and hydro therapy pool is lovely.

This review is for SIA Medical Centre, Essendon VIC

I thought this medical centre was alright, its opening hours are good, and bulk billing is always a bonus. AFTER MY LAST VISIT TO SIA MEDICAL CENTRE I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!!! Some of the doctors there might be alright but this last visit was so bad it has put me off ever setting foot in that place again.
I had been experiencing fatigue, vagueness and weakness for over a week. I had been the centre in the previous week and had been told I had a virus and that if I didn't start to feel better to come back for a blood test. I didn't feel better, so had a blood test and was coming back for the results.
First, the doctor comments how I have high cholesterol and without asking me a single question says that I have to start exercising and eating better. I explain that it is hereditary, my Mum has it and I am very healthy, I normally do running training 6 days a week (currently injured) and due to this have to eat very healthily. So he said to start having fish oil; which I currently do and have for many years. Then he explains how if it doesn't improve I will have to go on tablets.
Then I ask so what is wrong with me? He tells me there is nothing wrong with me. Says I couldn't possibly have a virus because my white blood cell count is fine. Says I should see a psychologist and that maybe I'm depressed. I explained how I want to go to work and I want to get up in the morning, and my tiredness is frustrating me. I ask if there are any more tests he can do, and he says no. I am very upset by this stage, as he is pretty much telling me it all in my head.
I book an appointment with a doctor at another medical centre to get a second opinion. I found out that I do not have go on Cholesterol tablets, as I show no risk factors and my good cholesterol is high which offsets my bad cholesterol and as such there is no need for medication. At Sia Medical Centre they hadn't tested my iron, B12 or for glandular fever and it could have easily been any one of these three. It turns out I have iron deficiency. If I had of listened to the doctor at Sia Medical I could have ended up in hospital.
