Avoid at all costs. If you want to waste your time doing surveys for NO benefit.
I redeemed points for $170 gift cards 42 days ago and have received nothing. Ignore emails and phone calls. They got back to me once with automated response saying they are working from home due to COVID and cannot answer phone calls and it will take longer to receive gift cards. Seems to me that they are not doing anything from home if they were they would be able to answer phones and post mail. Stop blaming COVID as reviews from years ago state same problems and COVID was not around then. Get your act together. Worst company ever.... i notice that they are still capable of sending out surveys to me though.

I went to this pub for a few cold beers and dinner. The first beer was great the second seemed a bit stale, watery and flat.
I ordered two roast beef and veggies for dinner, they were $20 each. For this amount of money I expected to get a decent meal, but yet again I was disappointed. We both received 1 and a half small slices of beef, half of which was fat, it was not cooked very well either, very disappointing . The veggies were just ok and the gravy, what there was of it was tasteless and runny. I will not be returning to this pub for dinner again. Prices for what you get a ridiculous. It is getting harder and harder to get a decent meal of good value these days. It is not that hard to cook decent food, especially roast and veggies.

I went here recently for my birthday. I have wanted to go and try the food for some time now. I was not disappointed. The food was wonderful, so tasty. I must admit though the portion sizes could have been a bit larger for the money you pay for it. There was a good selection and good wine list. It was very busy the night we went but the service was fast and the staff were very friendly. The chef even came out and spoke to every customer, very nice. I think this might be a one of occasion though due to the prices. Even so it was a great night.

I went here for breakfast for a change instead of my usual cafe. I had bacon and eggs which were great. Large serve with lots of bacon cooked nice and crisp, not soggy like some. The food even looked good on the plate not just slapped on like most breakfasts. The staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable. The coffee was also nice, not too bitter. I might have to make this my regular from now on.

Stayed here a few times while in canberra. Usually pretty busy place with lots of school groups staying there. Because of this can be very noisy and crowded. Large open space to camp with tents and campers and showers and toilets are ok. One of the quieter camping grounds in canberra.

I had dinner here and it was good. I was looking for a quiet place to sit and have a cold drink and nice dinner and I found it. The food was reasonable priced and was very nice, decent size serves and very friendly staff and quick service. The place appeared clean and tidy. Decent amount of choices on menu to choose from. I will be returning to this restaurant in the future.

I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times now. It is clean and neat and rooms are nice. Staff is friendly. Very convenient location to Central railway station and centre of Sydney. Easy walk to everything. Can get a bit noisy at night. Cost of rooms vary from on day to the next so hard to say if it is a bargain or not. I will be staying here again.

We stayed in this pub for one night as we were looking for a change from staying in motels for a change. When we arrived the lady in the bar booked us in and stated " you will not be disappointed". Well, let me tell you I was disappointed. For the $80 we spent on a room I was expecting a bit more. I understand that it is an old pub and pub rooms are not motel rooms but still. There was no door between the toilet/ shower and the two bedrooms. Not very pleasant is there are two couples or family sharing a room. The taps fell of the wall when I was having a shower and could not get them back on. The shower head would not stay up, the tiles were all cracked and falling off, the glass shower screen was cracked and broken. Very unpleasant. The beds were very lumpy and smelt and were itchy. Two people on the double bed was horrible as you both rolled into the middle as mattress so two old and lost form. This overall did not make for a pleasant nights sleep.
This has not put me of staying in pubs in the future but has put me of staying in this pub again. This would be a $40 a night room at a stretch not $80.

This is a great little cafe/ pie shop. There is a huge selection of pies and pastries and the coffee is wonderful. The pies are the best pies I have had for a long time and the vanilla slice is huge and yummy. I have been here many times and will keep going back. The staff are very friendly and service is quick.
