Highly recommend: Goulburn River Canoe Trip, Shepparton - a fun and fantastic family morning. Professional friendly guidance, with good equipment provided. Catering to newbies and more experienced paddlers, we had heaps of laughs and a wonderful insight into river life. Lots of bird life and beautiful red gums viewed. Wished it was longer - maybe next time?

Big range of industrial and domestic appliances and accessories. We needed the wall-paper steamer for 24hrs. They hired us an older model with the scraper missing, a bit let down - luckily we had paint and bbq scraper! that worked ok, just took us longer.
Guys there are very helpful and cheery. Happy to give all necessary advice about appliances and products.

Reception was friendly. Motel is old style but refurbished, so clean and fresh. Situated on main road so easy to find. Must book ahead if you need downstairs rooms, these seem to go first. Otherwise it is lug your gear up the stairs, ok if NOT raining!
The $5 light breakfast a Bonus for us-all we needed but full breakfast was available.

Fellow bamboo enthusiasts. Found at Seymour Fields Days - sells what he loves - this guy loves to talk bamboo with you. We bought two variations of CLUMPING BAMBOO which does not run, in our experience. Gary gave excellent advice for our rainfall situation, and screening needs. He certainly knows his subject and is very helpful. Thank you. Our bamboo is doing exceptionally well and was a great investment.

Good range of music and dvds. Even hard to find or obscure titles we have searched for before we have discovered at this shop. Staff are usually knowledgeable and the Manager was very helpful with a particular dvd set we requested. Good specials and offers.

Old, established, Bendigo city pet and feed-store. This business set in a massive old city barn, is a Bendigo institution. Staff are quite knowledgeable and some are friendly, but some are just crabby. Good range of bulk feed and supplies.
The building is very interesting and good to wander through.
