I arrived at the airport checkin area 43.5 minutes before the close of flight to be told my a rude and unpolite staff member that they had already closed the flight and that we couldn't board the plane. We had to rebook onto another flight 6 hours later and pay more money to fly. What to say, well you get what you pay for. Tickets are cheap so the service is cheap. Cheap, no-frills flights is what they promise and it's what they deliver. Because of this treatment I will never choose to book with them again.

I went on a pink bus shopping tour in Melbourne on Wednesday 13/01/2010 which I booked back in December 2009,I received a email confirmation quoting the price of $74(excluding GST) they had my bank account details. The money didn't come out of my bank account until 11/1/2010 when they charge me $110, when I phoned the company about this matter I was told that the price went up 3 weeks ago and they didn't use a freindly tone of voice or they would hang up on me. The tour guide arrived late in a 7 seat car to pick me up at the hotel that I was staying at while I was in Melbourne then we cotinued on picking up more passenger until there wasn't any room left and some of the people had to catch a taxi to the first factory warehouse then we all had to wait 1 hour for a mini bus to arrive to take us all on the rest of the warehouse shopping tour and alot of the prices were the same as the shops prices.

I went there for a work Christmas party with a group of 14 people some of us had food allergies. The restaurant was only informed as we arrived and everyone was well catered for with each of the different dishes in the banquet.When the dishes were brought out the people with the food allergies were informed if they could have each of the dishes if not then a substitute dish was given instead.All of the staff members were very friendly and made us all feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble for them especially when an extra member arrived for our table they quickly added an extra table to make room for them.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, they have a large variety of different products to caters for people's different needs and requirements. I buy some of my Gluten Free products from them an if they don't have the product available they will try and get it in for you as a special order.

The medical centre has lots of different Doctors available. You do need to make an appointment to see the Doctor of your choice. There is a nurse available to do your pathology requirements. The Doctors are friendly and provide you with current information about your health needs.
