We don't live in Ballarat, but we always eat at the Curry House when we are in town. The takeaway is very generous and great value. When dining-in I've always found the service to be friendly and the meals yummy!

I have only been to Oscar's at lunchtime on busy weekends but it always seems quite loud inside (not so good for conversation). It can be a bit tricky to get a table on weekends, even for just two diners.
