The menu is updated regularly and the meals are always super fast to your table. The coffee is excellent.

Poor customer service.
I had to go there for a viv inspection and they were pretty arrogant. Not really rude, just arrogant.
Had to go there a couple of times because i hadn't passed the first time. They weren't any nicer the second time i went.
Sadly this is the place Vic roads appointed to me.I'd advise not to go here unless vic roads makes you. Not a pleasant experince

The guys at Enviropoles were extremely professional and helpful. They provided me with an ashtray that actually works. It doesn't smoke, it doesn't catch on fire and they even come out and empty it for us.

We recently rented a property for short term purposes in Mount Beauty and were blown away by the fantastic service, advice and assistance by these agents. I have never come across agents that go out of their way the way these guys did, all for a rental property... The city agents in Melbourne good learn a lot from this team at Alpine Valley RE.

Bought my full beginner snowboard supplies here. Board, bindings, boots, bits and pieces.
Service was pretty good, Value was excellent.
We ended up going back with 4 friends. Total 6 sets of boards, boots, bindings, gloves, goggles.
After the first season we broke one of the high backs on the bindings. They replaced the whole binding no problem, no questions asked and no cost. In addition, we lost one of the buckles. They gave us a replacement for nothing.
Highly recommended for beginners set up.

I stumbled across this shop by chance. But have returned many times since. The service is great and the value is excellent. My last visit I bought two new Specialized Tyre tubes, which I went specifically there for. I went to pay for them and was told they were on special - 2 for $20 I was going to buy them anyway... He didn't need to tell me about the special but did.
I've bought cable outer, accessories and many parts. Every purchase they provide methey don't hesitate in providing me with a discount and I don't even ask for it.
These guys are great!

We purchased some jackets, gloves, googles, bits and pieces last year (2009). They have a varied range of stock. Looks to be a little out dated, but reasonably priced.
The let down was the service. There were 4-5 people who i assumed worked there sitting around the counter which was situated in the middle of the lower level. None of them came to assist us, they all sat on the counter and talked. It looked like one was a mother and the rest were her young adult kids+ plus their friends.
would I go back again? Maybe... just to see how they fair with pricing. I hear they have moved locations. I'd be interested to see if their value is only because of the outdated stock or whether they just compromise service for value. If thats the case, i will happily put up with bad service for good value.
