Our family was shopping in the area and decided to try this cafe. We ordered the Chicken Laksa and the Crispy Fried Oatmeal Chicken. Laksa was good and the Crispy Fried Chicken taste awful. We requested for some chilli sauce from the staff but she never came back to our table after that. Instead she carried on with her folding of the cutlery. We then saw baby cockroaches wandering on the window and floor. We waived to the staff and told her about this. Instead of doing something about it, she just nodded her head and walk off, back to her folding cutlery. Immediately, we left the place without much hesitation. The glasses of plain water also has lipstick stains around the rim. Once and never again.

We purchased a great 6-panel Tube Pet Dog Exercise Pen from them (120cm tall). Quality is great, solving the headache problem of our naughty Jack Russell who is so smart & always thinking of ways to escape from her original baby play pen. After that, we bought the dog cage crates w wheels to expand their moving space and the dogs are happy with their new homes to sleep and play. Jack Russell is always full of tricks! Do not expect much from shop but price is good & quality. The staff is also helpful with shipping. Our friends after seeing our cages also purchased similar stuff for their dogs.

We have been using Alice countless times whenever we go on holidays, leaving our 2 dogs for her to come over and feed, play and change their newspapers daily. She is a great help to us and a great dog lover. She is our ultimate 1 and only choice. She would keep records of your past requests in file and update them on each service required. No requests is too big or small for her. My dogs love and remember her.

Did excellent job in grooming our puppies, patient and wonderful!
Booking is required weeks in advance esp. for weekends.
We left them with her, did our grocery shopping, then came back hours later to collect them.

We had just moved into the new home and previous owner was with their service of providing garden bags for putting in cut leaves, branches etc. We were told by previous owner that the company would be coming back in weeks to collect the bags and has been paid for till then. To our shock, they came back in 2 mths' time, collect their bag and empty the contents onto our garden pavements as we didn't want to continue with their service. That is SHOCKING !

Staff are extremely friendly & dogs are happy with treats given for needles injected into them. Great operating hours but at a costly price. Very convenient for working "parents". Never fail to send you reminder letters of upcoming vaccinations due. Made effort to follow up on phone call to check on how dog is doing after accident.

Tried once but not really to my cup of tea.
Perhaps the authentic Shanghainese would appreciate them better.
Worth giving it a try for something different.

Though there were occassions when kitchen had my order missed out, but still one of my favourite eat-outs. This is decent quality Chinese food.
