After a poor experience at Triabunna stopping here was brilliant. A wonderfully friendly lady served me while hubby filled the car - food was hot, fresh and tasty

The Staff are horrible (argumentitive and disrespectful) as with all KFC stores the menus are jumbled and hard to read (for goodness sake just list your products and make it easy for the orderer to say what they want) - I knew what I wanted and after some explaination, I was told that it didn't exist any more (I purchased the same item from another KFC store the day before!!!!!) I wont make the mistake of going there again

I stop here most of the time - 50% of the time my 'specific' order is wrong (they don't remove or add something that I have requested)
I am also getting annoyed at the wastage. If I am only ordering 1 thing via drive thru, I am more than likely going to eat it in the car (i.e. McMuffin - in a wrapper already)
Why don't they ask if you want a bag with that?
Most of the time I will have removed the item from the bag before I leave their car park rendering it useless and ultimately wasteful

I had been avoiding them (thinking they were like Chickenfeed) but I was pleasantly surprised, clean, tidy and extremely professional
