A Hong Kong style tea house/cafe with friendly staff. Food is not what you would expect of the conventional spaghetti or steak. It is definitely unique to the flavours of Hong Kong or cooking style. They offer value meals with soup, main meal and a drink for $13 to $15 for lunch. The main meal we had were very simple, a rice noodle soup with some mixed winter veggies plus a pork chop on the side. It is good value as the portions were on the larger side. It gets very busy with people from Hong Kong mainly. Go with an open mind and you might like it.

I have not tried Sarawak versions of Malaysian cuisine before and decided to give it a go. After walking in and seeing some of the dishes the other diners are having; I decided to speak to the waitress. She explained the difference between the Sarawak Laksa to the Penang or Singapore version. I'm glad I asked the question. I ordered it without expectations and was pleasantly surprised. It was slightly spicy, fragrant and flavorsome. We also ordered a dry wonton noodle. It came with mince and bbq pork. At $6.90 it well exceeded our expectation.
The waitresses were friendly and attentive. Food is above average with larger than normal servings and for the price you would pay at a food court you get excellent service with restaurant experience.

This review is for San Churro, East Victoria Park WA

I had previously visited the Fremantle store and decided to try this store and expect the same level of service and quality. I was disappointed. The ice cream that was served were slightly runny and looked like it was melted and refrozen and tasted a bit off. I commented to the staff and asked for a fresh one. The staff who claimed to be the manager came back with the ice cream much smaller than the normal serve and said I was previously served with a double scoop instead of a single. I only visit the chain as I like their products (hot chocolate and churros). The quality of these product doesn't vary from store to store. Also, untrue to their claim of getting a stamp for every hot drink on their loyalty card, they do not. I had a group visited and had 5 hot drinks, they only gave me one stamp for the one drink I consume and do not honour teas as hot drinks! This practice is inconsistent with the Fremantle store.

This review is for Madlilys Espresso, Perth WA

I previously joined a foodie tour which took me to Madlilys and was treated to a small coffee. Today opportunity presented itself and I was in the CBD hence I decided to pay them a visit. The cafe is small but the staff is friendly and the service is top notch. It is apparent patrons are loyal as the staff seems to know exactly what each customer's coffee habit is. A large coffee is $5 but it was well worth it. Coffee is fragrant with a good balance of bitterness.

Complete 2 bathroom renovation. Louis performed the best of what you could expect from quality renovation. He recommended places to get quality, great value tiles/tap-ware/bathroom accessories. He turned up on the agreed times and he stayed for the whole job full time until the job was completed. Louis also kept me informed on the job as I am a first timer doing a renovation. B&K Renovation is highly recommended.

I bought vouchers to do the Canning River tour, as it was a voucher; it was good value. However as I had intended to expose my son to kayaking; it was disappointing as we were left behind during the tour. We were inexperience and not the strongest of rowers. The guides did not warn us nor offered any assistance. Both trips upstream and down we were left behind to fend for ourselves and we missed out on all commentaries conducted by the guides. I felt that upon reaching the rest point; the guide should have offered us assistance by splitting us up into their kayaks. I enjoyed the new experience however not the way we were treated.

To lop a approx. 30m gum tree. Travis and his team arrived at the agreed time and were very accommodating with my request of timing. They even turned up to do the work on a Saturday. They completed the work faster than expected without compromising safety. Price for the tree lop is also very reasonable. Trav's Trees is definitely highly recommendable.

This review is for Westkill Pest Control, Willetton WA

An overall pest inspection and isolate cause of noise in attic. Jim spent time to gain understanding of what was the cause of the noises. On the visit he conducted a thorough inspection all around the house (interior and exterior) isolated termite infestation in the cubby house and treated it at a good price. Jim was very professional and explained the cause of noise in the attic (which were rats). He then placed baits out for them and later returned to clean up without extra charges. I am very appreciative of the extra effort and care he put into his work.
