Trying to get the correct billing information and an accurate reading seems impossible. It took seven months of constant phone calls and reassurances that all had been corrected before I got any satisfaction.

They ran an ad in the local paper saying they were giving 50% off all truck rentals. Unknown to them I had already called 4 days earlier for prices so when I asked about the discount, expecting half of the original quote I was given a price $50 above the original amount as well as an extra 3c per km on the mileage rate. Rather than argue the point I found another company who was 45% cheaper than their original price.

The shop was busy and we sat outside with our meat pies which have won awards and they were second to none. The pastry was perfectly flaky and the kidney and chunky steak pies had plenty of filling in them with little gloopy stuff.

Amanda-Lee was courteous and friendly but the new property manager is rude and obnoxious. She butts into the conversations when I am trying to speak with the receptionist and is very abrupt.

Went for the lunch menu and was amazed they could serve a quality roast meal for such a low price. It was well presented and tasted great. The chef's suggestion was only one dollar extra.
