Its not cheap for a sandwich bar but they do offer very fresh vegetables and fillings. It's healthy and reasonably sized. Also, they do have a hot bar with chips and roast meat.

Its expensive compared to big chain bakeries such as bakers delight but it's still reasonably priced for a small family business. The staff make an effort to ask about your day and to get to know you if your a regular as I am.

The gym is in a good location, being near the station. It's great value for money as it actually costs almost 3 times less than bigger gyms such as Fitness first. The staff are all friendly and the gym is always clean.

It had a good range of food from little bites of fish to larger meal deals. It wasn't too expensive and it was average service but could be improved. The food was fresh and when i asked them, they said that all their salads are made with produce sourced from local markets.
