I took a group of overseas business clients to Dyer's recently and was very impressed. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The wine list was second to none and the fact that there is a large selection of "wines off the list" with varying vintagtes, varieties and cost impressed my guests no end. I in particular had the porterhouse which was sumptuous. Many of my guests had the pepper steak I tried the sauce and it was to die for. nothing is too much for the staff and I couldnt ask for a better experience. Thanks so much!
