Ordered a skip but found the sides too high for me to put in heavy furniture, old gates etc (Im old). Not only did they provide a skip with low sides but they offered to come, on the one day they are not open, to help me load it. You cant beat that for service.

As an aged care consultant I have been to this aged care facility many times. The previous review shocked me as it is so inaccurate. The place is spotless, the staff careing and knowledgeable and the residents are very happy. While the facility did have compliance issues many years ago, they met the standards in the given time frames and have never had another issues depite many visits by the accreditation agency and the Department. I can only assume the former review came from relatives with issues that relate outside of the auspices of the facility. I am not employed by this facility but on both a personal and professional level, I hold it in high esteem.
