Very helpful in assisting with the item i was returning. The lady at the returns register was talking quiet a bit when i returned with the replacement item and ignored me for awhile to continue her chat. When she did turn her attention to me, she was very helpful. Transaction was easy.

It took quite a while to get service at one of the service points. It was a very busy pre- back to school day. Although I pressed the service button three times, no one came. When I found an employee myself, he was very helpful.
