I booked my first appointment just over a week ago at this Salon because of all of the rave reviews on this website. I certainly wasn't disappointed as I found it to be all true!! My appointment was with Jo, the Manager. I can honestly say that I have never been to a Salon before where they take the time to genuinely discuss what you would like to do with your hair. And, the focus of the conversation is about doing the best thing for your hair, but without it costing a fortune! I was so impressed with how Jo conducted that conversation with me. It is great to see a hairdresser who is clearly passionate about your hair, and not about how much money she can make from the Salon visit. During the conversation, I noticed that Jo listened very carefully to what I had to say, and then offered her advice in line with that. End result is that I am very happy with my hair, and booked my next appointment at the end of the first one. Also, all of the other girls in the Salon are very friendly (and, it's genuine), and also great at what they do. It's clear they are focused on quality work. I'm looking forward to my next visit, and many more to come!

Renee is one of the best hairdressers I've been to and I've been to a lot over the years!! She provides me with expert advice about hairstyles and colour that will suit me the best. At the same time, she listens to me and respects what I would like to do with my hair. She has exceptional cutting and coloring skills which gives me confidence in her abilities. The salon prices are very reasonable, and it is a relaxing and comfortable environment. Highly recommended!!!

I was extremely impressed by Gary's customer service! I rang at the last minute and he managed to still fit me in to have my personal Tax Return done. It took me longer to get to his office than I expected, but each time I called Gary to let him know he was understanding and patient. And, he still didn't rush through the appointment! He is very approachable and friendly, and made me feel at ease by crunching all of the necessary numbers - which isn't my strong suit :-). He asked me relevant questions and explained things along the way. It is obvious he has great accounting knowledge and skills! I highly recommend Gary to anyone requiring any accounting work done.
