The flooring, top notch. They're interested in you when you walk through the door to get your sale but as soon as you sign that contract the staff couldn't care less of their clients. We had THE WORST customer experience with the finance department, Monica. She was rude, condescending and showed a complete lack of professionalism. Their contractors who laid our flooring scratched my furniture, didn't deny it to his boss and once she accepted to pay for the damage it took nearly a month of back on forth phone calls chasing the third parties payment up as she kept lying saying that she would pay it within a few days.
