Have purchased several sets of luggage from them over the last 2-3 years for myself and family, all top quality brands, current models (Antler and Samsonite) and all at superb prices and literally next day delivery Brisbane - Sydney. With a recent order of Antler Transair luggage they forgot to include a free gift - a simple telephone call, no questions asked and the free gift was also sent express delivery. I cannot fault them at all. The sad (good) thing is all the luggage I bought has 10 year warranties so cannot buy more.
