My husband and I ate here on one of their meal deal nights. All I remember of the night (as this was a year or so ago) was that the dessert was off and when I informed the waitress she simply told me she would give me another piece - OF THE SAME CAKE!!! I told her this wasn't good enough and she simply shrugged her shoulders. Thinking the owner might deal with the problem a bit more professionally I wrote a letter and asked for a response - to this day I am still waiting. We vowed never to return and guess what, we never have!
I used Shepherds over a year ago. The first and last time. I found the mechanic treated me like a a nobody. Being a woman it is hard enough to deal with car issues as I haven't a clue whats going on but also when dealing with men at these car places that think they are more superior. A smile wouldn't go astray either.
Excellent customer service.....the ladies are always smiling and the pharmacist extremely informative and always has time for customers. I find the chemist just a pleasure to be in, lovely friendly atmosphere - the best in sunbury!!!
