He explained that the repair could take longer if there was further damage behind the panel, and kept me updated during the repair

I didn't have to worry about the paperwork for the claim. Just dropped the car and picked it up when done.

Graham has done some plumbing work for us a couple of times and each was a pleasant experience. He's courteous and on time. His fee is very competitive and no call-out charge or weekend penalty - one of the best in Canberra.

The first time was to repair the toilet and recently was to change the dishwasher tap from hot to cold and connect it.

We had roast pork and tenderloin and they were superb. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection. Great food and great service. No BYO but the wine recommended complimented the food very well. Would come back again to try other dishes.

Kevin was pleasant to deal with from the beginning to the end. I had him replaced my broken window glass. He arrived on time and got the job done without any hassles. I got about 4 quotes, the others were between $230-$290, and his was the cheapest by far. Best in town.
