yep- he fixed it.!!!! ( we had tried everything via Appleweb sites said ,plus a few bits simon prior suggested)

Well.....Between ph and ipad .........
Simon had tried his heart out-Took heaps of time but to no avail for iPad...

He even told me who i need approach reiPad !!!i problem ipad no hoper
..... luckily mums iphone ifinally was fixed
I really thought this would cost us ++++
,he constantly surprises ( he charges, reasonably )
He and his secretary Zoe ,as the old saying goes 'couldn't be more helpful , any time- day or night(courtesy-sms night )to sort problems +++ '
They are So approachable,!
If more tradespeople out there were even 20% like them
Life would be so much easier- I'll be / have been coming back
