Excellent customer service!!
I recently contacted Horst to help get my Lennox cooling system fixed as it had stopped working. Horst advised that he was aboslutely flatout dealing with all the work as a result of the recent hot weather and wouldn't be able to see me until next year! He then took the time to discuss the specifics about my unit and suggested a few things for me to try.

I went and had a go and after few repeated goes the air conditioner came to life!

I got the best of service and even at a reasonable fair price and the men even rechecked the roof tiles just to be sure all is ok and I will call him from now on as I know he is a honest business person not a Cashier, I recommend this business

I contacted Horst on the strength of the reviews on this website. Initially all seemed good, he came when he said he would and was friendly & polite. He did a quick check of my evap air con and told me he couldn't tell if was cable or board in unit. Said he would have to source part then get back to me after the weekend. He did not phone when he said he would and advised he was having trouble getting part. Did not return my calls either. In the end I went with another company after waiting almost 3 weeks. They came out the next day and fixed my air con in 20 minutes. Very disappointed with the customer service. If he'd done the diagnostic when he got here, he wouldn't have needed to chase this part that he couldn't get.

I contacted Horst on Friday after our old gas central heating system stopped operating the previous evening.

Although he had jobs booked throughout the day he managed to get to us late that afternoon, quickly tracked the problem and was able to carry out the necessary repairs using spare parts he had with him.

Cost of parts and labour was very reasonable.

Highly recommended.

Wonderfully efficient, great communicator, honest, reliable and did a great job.

Horst communicated really well with me and arrived on time. He was clean, tidy and efficient. He had a drop sheet and a vacuum cleaner so didn't leave a drop of dirt!

He also gave me some hints for maximising the efficiency of our heating.

I will be using Horst again and I will also be recommending him after finding him on this WOMOW.

Horst installed an airconditioning vent in the ceiling of my bathroom where none had been put in when my unit was built. I used him going by the reviews on WOMOW and was not disappointed. He called back when he said he would, was punctual and totally reliable. He went about the job in a friendly and efficient manner and put drop sheets down under the man hole and where he put the vent in the bathroom. There was no mess left and I'm happy with the work he did. Would recommend him to anyone!

time FIRST TICK , Secondly his advise and honesty was much appreciated and his attitude to the job at hand was second to none ..i would recommend Horst in a nano second ... Horst connected my brivis ducted heater to gas discontinued the old gas line supplied a new programmable thermostat and gave advise on installation of the duct work

Horst came around to give us advice and a quote for an air-conditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable and confident, but also very friendly and we immediately had a good feeling about using his company to do the job. He was able to come back within a couple of weeks to install the system (which he supplied) and was in and out within 3 hours and left no mess behind at all! I highly recommend Horst (and his workmate Bob). Friendly, reliable and they get the job done!

Horst came to fixed my evaporative cooler. He helped me order the fan for the evaporative cooler and installed it for me. He is friendly, reliable and his prices are reasonable.

They supplied and installed a number of split system air conditioners in our house as well as providing maintenance on our ducted heating. Provides good service at a very good price both for the cooling units and installation. The cleanest and neatest tradesman by way of installation I have seen. Provides good aftermarket support
