I have taken my bike to be serviced and repaired at Double RR a few times, the work they did was great, very punctual (if not early...) and the bike gets cleaned thoroughly (some shops don't do that... it's nice to find one that does) they were quite happy to explain how the cost of services and repairs work... and besides I felt straight away that they were proud of their work so I go back there all the time now... so far there is nothing they can't fix or order in.
