The staff have all been very helpful to supply everything I required & provided at a good price. They were happy to replace or locate & order any unusual items, they were happy to match or better any prices on bigger purchases (without needing to ask).
The shop is large well stocked with almost every item required for any project.

The staff were very friendly & helpful, they were happy to locate or source any items that they didn't carry or have in stock, despite being a very bust time of year they were happy to order or arrange for items to be sent from another store & call me as soon as they were available.

I needed all my locks supplied, barrels to be keyed alike, spare keys cut & supplied & delivered within a certain time & within a set budget. Although some parts couldn't be supplied on time or at a reasonable price, they were able to help with various suggestions or solutions.

Although the staff were helpful & pleasant I got the feeling they were only in it for the money rather than to provide the best service or product available, as they are the only takeaway shop in the area, however overall I was happy with the service.
