I recently had dinner here after a very exciting day when I got engaged!! My fiance had pre-arranged a nice table with them (which they gave us .. corner table, really nice), but we were a little disappointed that the waitress showed NO enthusiasm for our exciting news. Service was okay, but nothing fantastic and food was nice, but again, not amazing like we expected. My fiance was also told at the time of booking that we would be given a free glass of champagne to celebrate our engagements, which we asked for twice during the night and never got. A nice restaurant and great table, but overall very sad that we could have tried any of the other great restaurants in the Crown complex and probably got a lot better service for our special day.

I had an amazing facial and body package at endota Malvern using a gift voucher I got from a friend for my birthday. It was absolutely the best exprience ever. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were all fantastic and I left feeling 100% relaxed and rejuvinated. I am definitely planning on going back ASAP. (PS - I also LOVED all their products and bought a few things which I have been using and love. The staff were not pushy at all, and I didnt feel obliged to buy anything ... which was great as often these sorts of places are really full on and make you feel guilty for saying no).
