We booked in for one night and ended up staying for three nights. The cottages were so cosy and clean and the breakfast provisions were really generous. There was everything you would want in a romantic escape, candles, incence, an open fire, electric blanket, a great big spa and we could easily walk to the shops.

Although it's small, the taste of the food is fantastic. The cakes are great quality and you can get a lunch bag to take on Puffing Billy. The staff are really friendly.

Every time we go there the quality of the food is the same, so we know to expect - a really yummy meal. You can get other food besides pancakes. I always get the cheese and potato pancake and next time, for dessert I will try the banana crepe. We had the lunch deal which included a drink, main meal, dessert and coffee
