Glamour dog cut my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and have done so on over 1/2 dozen occasions. They are very good at grooming, and seem to make my dog feel comfortable when left there for a few hours.

Dr Lee (the main dentist) has been looking after my teeth for just on a year now. I'm impressed with his service, knowledge and willingness to explain in detail procedures/services. I would recommend this dentist for anybody who normally doesn't like going, he made me feel comforable and calm.

Farmhouse provide a quality product at good prices. I've always found their cakes/breads to be fresh, and the taste is always superb. I especially love their custard tarts.

Walkley's Pizza Bar make awesome tasting pizza and they always give you quality, fresh toppings. Add to this they always put lots of topping on their pizzas, ensuring you never feel short changed.

I take both of my pets to TTG Vet, and have always found that they spend time, make great decisions and ensure the very best for your pet. They seem to go beyond most vets for service, like allowing you to see your pets after surgery (or daily in recovery in my case), they keep you informed and their prices are great.

I have used Montague Farm Medical Centre for 10 years now and have always found their service to be great. The doctors always spend time with you to find out your problem, and never rush you to get next patient in. Further to this I'm always able to get a same or next day appointment.

Have been getting my hair cut and styled at Swish for over ten years, and have always found their service to be great. However their prices are simply awesome, to the point that you've got to book well in advance.

Joined recently to improve my fitness and weight. Found staff to be excellent and most helpful, plenty of equipment and space to workout. Classes are well run and give you satisfaction for your membership.

Went to Shankas for tea to try something different. Was extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the food was outstanding. Whilst the decor is a little dated, the dining experience left me delighted and looking forward to returning.

In 2000 I purchased a new Holden Astra. After some tense negotiation we were able to settle on a price which I was very happy with. The sales staff offered me a trade in price for my Holden Commodore, but said I could sell it privately if I wanted (which I did to get a higher price than the trade in value). After selling my car and waiting for a fortnight, Metro Holden informed me they could not deliver the car. They said there was no stock (but I wasn't told this at the time or when advised to trade/sell my current card) and offered me my deposit back. I really wanted the car so asked if they could loan me one until stock became available. Metro couldn't do this and this situation left me without a vehicle which I needed for work. I thought the service was poor after getting me to sign for a car, and it was disappointing that they can just walk away from a contract that they couldn't deliver on.
