The best chickens - hormone-free Laonica - worth every cent! Good salads, and the freshest chips. This place is a godsend in this part of Sydney. Love it ..
If you love good seafood, and the clean crispness of well-made Japanese, you'll love this place. The attention to detail is excellent, as is whoever buys the fish! They certainly know their produce!
This is the best Indian restaurant I have ever eaten at - and Indian is one of my favourite cuisines. The food is arranged by region, with explanations and the freshes ingredients. You can get the usual Indian fare - but many different dishes as well. The manager is happy to recommend dishes. They are all good, and not heavy and laden with fat either. My son does not like Indian, but he happily eats here
Approximate cost: $12
The food is always excellent, with a range of Chinese dishes that are beyond the scope of a standard Chinese restaurant. The owner/manager is always a gentleman, gives the ladies flowers and generally the service is just excellent. The food is also extremely good.
One of the best Vinnies I have ever found - the range is extensive and changes often. Very vibrant place - lovely staff, lots of clothes and bric a brac as well as furniture. Often has new items. We love Vinnies North Ryde!
Chicken is always fresh and tasty, salads as well. The various meal packs are a little different from the usual drink-chips-chicken or burger. can get chicken burgers. Managers are not overly friendly fore a while but very efficient. Now happily have a pleasant lunch at alfresco tables outside. often crowded (a sure sign it's good!)
Approximate cost: $8
Love them! I now have my son and husband getting their hair cut there - both with different cutters, for their own needs. My 8 year old HATED having his hair cut, and until I found these people, it was always a major drama.
Some good cutters here, but as with chain of this type, you need to get to know who is better at what, to suit your needs. Otherwise you could get an inexperienced cutter who may not suit you. I'd use them again, except I found the cutters generally a little timid with someone wanting big changes to their hair.
A smaller but well stocked supermarket. I now go there in preference to bigger supermarkets. Recently revamped, with a growing and excellent Gluten Free section!
The staff are young but exceptionally well trained in the store, nothing is ever a problem. Online, the postage is fast and the items arrive well packed.
