The atmosphere at Cha Chas isn't the best as it's a little crowded, but the price of the food makes up for it. The food is good (not amazing) but the price is fantastic. My friend and I shared an entree and had two mains for less than $30. So, if you're looking for a meal that's great value for money then this is the place. It's not a romantic setting but a great place to catch up with friends over a few wines (BYO and corkage is relatively cheap)

The service is always SLOW because they do not enough staff. It is never clean either, most likely due to not enough staff. The tables always have rubbish on them. I remember once having to wait 25 minutes to receive my order - 25 minutes in a take away is horrendous!
