After a terrible haircut where the previous stylist completely disregarded what I wanted and did as she pleased, resulting in a terrible cut and a lot of tears, Elie and Royals castle hill took the time out of his busy Saturday to calm me down and reassure that everything is fixable - he fixed the choppiness that was my fringe and made me feel so much better about myself and how my hair turned out. Overall experience was very professional and reassuring and Elie helped calm my anxiety about my situation, everyone was so kind and attentive! Definitely Recommend this salon over any other!
