Our bathroom in our old 1920s house needed plastering. Previous plasterers had had problems with the old plaster bubbling under the new plaster. Kevin and his brother Marty did a great job preparing the surface so the new plaster would take. The resulting job looks great. They were both very friendly, nice, professional & reliable and cleaned up after themselves - would highly recommend.

Larry changed the locks on our new home and added window locks to all our windows. He keyed all our locks (including the garage) so they all work off one key. He is friendly and trustworthy and always rang and turned up when he said he would. He went the extra mile for us but didn't overcharge for it.

Elaine helped us buy our first house in Australia having moved here recently from the UK. She worked hard to move things along as fast as she could, especially when there was a hiccup (not her fault) which delayed our settlement day by one day. We were worried we would be charged interest by the vendor being a day late but Elaine negotiated on our behalf so any potential fee was waived.

Elaine is also really nice to talk to on the phone and reassuring when things don't go exactly to plan - which is what you want when going through the stressful process of buying a house!
