Last service fixed some thermostat issues, and now the settings make more sense and the system is more stable. Also their tech identified a broken duct which was repaired, and successfully re-balanced airflow to two rooms that had been a longer term issue for us. On time, friendly and get the job done! Also, based on my experience with NBAC over the years we also selected them for to do gas heating for us in another property. Thanks George and Dina!
