Great at Sales - Rubbish at Service.
Was previously a happy purchaser for them several times. Until now .. I have been waiting a week now for any of my five emails to be responded to asking for assistance with a damaged dryer, after spending a whole day on hold being tormented by terrible music and John Winning telling me about their great service endlessly on repeat for hours, was like being poked with a stick.
They have a terrible IVR, doesn't let you know anything about wait times and where you are in the queue, nor offer a call back service.
As an online retailer, why is there no online chat facility ? Why make us call in the first place ?
No acknowledgement that an email has been received and will be attended to, not even a soulless automated one.
Not sure they understand the returns process in the online retail world, is just as critical to invest in as the Sales process.

Our TV installation and networking ended up being a lot more complicated than originally estimated, all the way through Jason looked after us and demonstrated a professional commitment to ensuring the job was completed and to looking after us. Happy to recommend a company that enables it's contractors to look after their customers!
