This is one of the best manicure and pedicure places I have found - the staff are polite, well trained and consistently do a great job, and the salon is always well staffed, and very neat and clean.
I find that the pedicures are very thorough; they use OPI nail polish and the colour is always long lasting.
As mentioned in the previous review, it's worth booking ahead for a weekend (or evening later in the week) appointments, as they tend to get quite busy, however, they are open quite long hours and generally, make every effort to fit you in, if possible.

After reading and hearing many rave reviews, I made my way down to this reputed coffee "mecca" for a great latte, some great beans for home and advice, and came away with one of the three. The actual cafe is cosy, stylish and well staffed, but the guy who served me seemed somewhat inexperienced. I said I wanted some coffee for home and he hesitated before saying "Um...well...I guess you could get the beans we're using today on the espresso machine", without asking anything about what I was going to use it for or the kind of roast I liked. I then told him it was for an espresso machine, and he said "Um...yeah....that would be okay then", turned around and came back with a bag of ground beans. For a place that is renowned for being "coffee obsessed" it all seemed a bit vague, and there were several other staff members he could have asked if he was unsure. When I got the beans home the grind was fairly coarse and, although it has a pleasant taste, didn't make a great coffee. That being said, the latte I got (made by another staff member) was well made; not exceptional but nice. I would return to Single Origin for a coffee, or to try the food, if I was in the neighborhood, but won't be going out of my way.

This review is for Toby's Estate, Bondi Junction NSW

I've gone to this Toby Estate cafe several times now and overall I find that the coffee and service match the other Toby's Estate locations, and is certainly well above the standard you would usually get at a large shopping centre. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the baristas are well trained and consistently serve a great coffee. The only disappointment is that twice they've been out of my preferred take home beans; I'm glad that this probably means they're always getting them in fresh but it's still frustrating to have to go elsewhere.
