Steve was early, super efficient, and polite. My mattress is 10+ years old, but that night I had the best sleep I've had for a long time. I'm pretty sensitive to chemicals but have had absolutely no reaction to the methods used to sanitise it and remove the dust mites - there was no smell whatsoever after he was finished, if anything the mattress and doona 'smelled' clean. I usually wake up after about 3 hours with sinus problems - have since been able to sleep much longer. Highly recommend this service, definitely worth the money (even though it was pretty cheap, in my opinion).
