Premises are absolutely beautiful. The process is very relaxing. I received gift vouchers for here as i requested them. I chose to get a hot stone massage. It was fairly good. The massage therapist was good although a couple of times I was distracted by her rather than enjoying the massage. When she stop massaging occassionally and during she also turned on the cooling which was for her comfort not mine as i was not asked and I actually then became a bit cold. overall a nice experience

Steph the owner does my hair here and she does a great job. My hair was in really poor condition when I first attended and she was able to get it back into fantastic shape with great shampoo and conditioner recommended and fantastic colouring. She also has other hairdressers there that i know other people enjoy going to.

Best Chai Latte`-love my chai latte` and they are magnificent here! dont mind their food either - very different to what you get in the area. highly recommended

(Unfortunatley) had to be represented by these guys - creon coolahan in particular for a legal matter. he was great. explained things clearly, listened and understood my point of view exactly and had a reasonable outcome considering this needed to be done for the moral of the issue and preventative and not for the compensation. his support staff were also very good - both were always accessible and always returned phonecalls and was available readily on email.

Hired this place for 2 couples and it was lovely. went during april-may and the fire was divine. beds comfy with enough room for the amount of people. plenty of space. different packages available if desired. 2 min walk from main street.

had them move us twice. Once from warrnambool-portland then from Portland-melbourne. the first time they were average with the length of time they took and the directive they took on what things went to storage or home. The 2nd time - our sons cot was damaged not just scraped but had big chunks out of the ends and had a big wicker chair inside of it - they didn't take it down to transport it and tried to shuffle it through doorways. they only replaced the cot after numerous phonecalls. a bookcase was also damaged significantly though they refused to take responsibility.

Had a party catered for. this was for 70 people. found thebusiness on the internet, the page was clear and easy to understand. you could order over the net or phone up. the ++++ is that they had a full vego pack which is hard to find for non vego catering places. food was nice and came easy to prepare. ordered 4 days before the function and they were able to complete easily. came in a foam reuseable esky that you can return if you live locally but they weren't though still had no problems in delivering. much chepaer per piece than other compnaies I looked at.

Hired a jukebox/karaoke machine for a party. website very professional and clear to understand. booking and correspondance with the company very effecient. Delivery and set up by the franchisee substandard. The monitor for karaoke was 10 years old and didn't look like what was advertised. the mics weren't tested when set up and they had to be contacted as new mics were needed. great selection of songs though. price comparable. would only use again with some things improved

Had to get some tiling done in the kitchen and bathroom to re-energise the place. Travis was more than willing to do the job with his other workers even though they mainly do new houses and get very busy doing so. fantastic workmanship - very neat and tidy and competitively priced.
