Derek was very helpful ,understanding and caring.I had an old metal dog's bed frame that needed it's canvas replaced as my puppy chewed the old canvas off. So, the new one needed to be of high quality.Derek suggested a thick black canvas that had a pheromone that human's can't smell and dog's get repelled by.After 5 months,the bed is still in tact!

They came to my work,a primary school,checked the fire hydrants and recommended powder based replacements rather than water hydrants kept within the classroom so that could be used on computers in case of an electrical fault.Also offered a training demonstration to ensure that all staff know how to use a fire hydrant in case of an emergency.

We got new curtains,roman blinds and austrian blinds for 10 rooms our home. The did cost an arm and leg but look superb.We still need to get block out blinds as we couldn't afford to pay any more at the time.

Luke is a down to earth guy,very approachable and reasonably priced.He fitted environmentally friendly halogen downlights into our house and set up our entire wiring system,including; phone lines and internet connection, as we bought a house and land package and built a new home.
